Rules for cottages
Check in/out on Sundays.
Check out the latest 11.00 - check-in from 14.00.
Payment on
arrival - without any request. The key provided and collected is inside the
front door, hanging on a hook in the hallway
Tenants may not
sublet or assign part of the stay to anyone.
Smoking is not
allowed indoors. Nor do we want to pick cigarette butts around houses, so please
collect them and throw them in the bin.
Pets are not allowed.
The landlord is not responsible for problems arising due to bad weather or
for problems that usually are considered "force MASURE", such as strikes, power
cuts etc.
Cars is parked on the asphalt at the gate or
below the rock on the outside. Two spots next to the house nr10 are reserved for
residents
NOTE! If something breaks or does not work - you must notify
the landlord without delay.
All beds are equipped with
mattress, pillow and blanket.
Sheets and pillowcases must be used
regardless
If you have small children - you must include plastic terry
cloth for extra protection of mattresses
You will have to bring your
own: detergent, dish cloth, dish towel, dish brush, paper towels and toilet
paper.
It is possible to burn in stoves, but you must keep the door to
the fireplace closed.
It is possible to use the firestoves, but you will have to
clean it before leave.
Hot iron and ironing board - are available.
TV is set to the satellite reception - but function is not guaranteed.
PC and wireless networks is installed (PASSWORD = 00F1F45717) - but function
is not guaranteed.
In the basement you´ll find laundry facilities.
But you will have to bring your own soap.
IMPORTANT!
Basement is not living space for tenants.
We who are residents here keep our own privet belongings there and we do not
want the tenants residing in the basement.
If need something extra - ask us.
Final cleaning
All
floors should be hoovered and wet-wiped, garbage placed in dustbins, dishwasher
emptied, fridge and freezer, leave no flowers, sea-shells, etc.
Remove
hair from the shower floor, clean hobs, microwave, oven, barbecue and grill
grate.
Glass bottles must be discarded in containers behind the store.
